Again, women empowerment is essential to contribute to the national development. Further, they are suffering from various problems like lack of income and empowerment opportunities, poor health facilities, lack of information and services, lack support from the part of government including gender disparity and gender inequality. Further, Violation and violence against women, injustice, torture, repression exist in the country and it need to reduce immediately. Job insecurity is a major problem in country.
